Payment Policy
We accept payment by PayPal, VISA or Mastercard. Payment is due upon checkout.
If payment is not received within 24 hours, we will relist the item.

Delivery Policy
Orders are normally shipped within 5 business days of receiving payment. Shipping charges will be automatically calculated and added to your order total when ready to ship.

We reserve the right to use our discretion as to the mail carrier used. Your preferred carrier may be utilized if you agree to assume any additional transportation charges.

Most orders will be sent by Expedited parcel via Canada Post. Insurance will be automatically added to shipping costs; however, each parcel automatically has up to $200 free coverage. The cost for additional coverage is $2.25 per $100. So for a parcel with a $300 value declared, the additional shipping charge is $2.25. All orders will require a signature.

In the event that items are lost in transit, please contact us immediately so that we can look into the issue. All of our shipments include insurance coverage.

DOMESTIC ORDERS:

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

Please have your Etsy address up to date as this is the address we ship to. Please expect a minimum of 4 to 6 weeks for packages to arrive at destinations outside of Canada. We do not have control over delays at customs. Customs and/or duty fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Refund Policy
We want Pioneer Spirit candles to bring a smile to your face! If for any reason you are not satisfied with the quality of your item, please get in touch within 5 days of receipt. You will need confirmation from us before returning the item for a refund.
Once we have received the returned item, we will refund the purchase price minus the original shipping cost. The buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.

Acceptable returns require the purchased item to be mailed in the original condition with all packing materials. Buyer pays all shipping charges to return the item.
